Job Description:

We are Financial Customer Service Representatives to assist clients with account inquiries, billing, and transactions while providing accurate, professional support.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to financial inquiries via phone, chat, or email
• Assist with payments, account updates, and billing questions
• Document all interactions in the system
• Escalate complex issues to supervisors
• Maintain productivity, quality, and client satisfaction metrics

Schedule & Training:

• Shifts include nights, weekends, and holidays
• Paid training on financial processes and systems

Requirements:

• High School or Senior High School graduate (College preferred)
• Strong English communication
• Customer-focused and detail-oriented
• Basic computer literacy and multitasking ability
• Willing to work onsite in Metro Manila
