Cash Management Supervisor, Marikina

Job Qualifications

• Graduate of BS in Accountancy or finance related course
• Knowledgeable in Accounting system, preferable with SAP experience
• With good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
• Supervise staff handling cash management operation tasks and organize their work to meet reporting deadlines.
• Monitor daily cash balance and oversee all cash-related transactions to ensure sufficient operating funds.
• Oversees disbursement processes, including check voucher validation, petty cash releases and cash advance verifications.
• Prepares weekly budget prior to processing check vouchers to manage fund allocations effectively.
• Generate reports such as cash flow, forecasted expenses, aging of Payables and other treasury-related schedules.
