Job Description:

Join our dynamic team as an Airline Voice Representative! You will be the first point of contact for passengers, assisting with flight bookings, inquiries, and customer concerns. This role requires excellent communication skills, professionalism, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to airline services
• Assist customers with reservations, cancellations, and rebooking requests
• Provide accurate information on flight schedules, policies, and promotions
• Resolve customer concerns with empathy and efficiency
• Ensure compliance with company and airline standards

Qualifications:

• Senior High School Graduate (SHS)  Qualified
• College Level (at least 2 years completed)  Qualified
• College Graduate  Qualified
• High School Graduate (non-SHS)  Not Qualified
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English
• Willingness to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
• Customer service or call center experience is an advantage but not required
