Job Title: Accounting Staff

Job Summary:

The Accounting Staff is responsible for assisting in maintaining accurate financial records, processing accounting transactions, and supporting the Finance Department in daily accounting operations. This role ensures proper documentation and compliance with company policies and applicable laws.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update accounting records (general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable)
• Prepare and process invoices, official receipts, and payment vouchers
• Assist in bank reconciliations and monitoring cash transactions
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Prepare basic financial reports and schedules for review
• Assist in payroll processing and related documentation
• Ensure proper filing and safekeeping of accounting documents
• Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and banks regarding billing and payments
• Assist during audits and provide necessary documents
• Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related course
• With or without experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero) is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Knowledge of Philippine tax regulations is an advantage

Work Schedule:

Full-time | Monday to Saturday
