Associate Lawyer

APSSAT Law Office and Associates, a litigation firm, is looking for an Associate Lawyer with an excellent work ethic and passion for legal knowledge.

Qualifications

• Member of the Philippine Bar
• Good moral character
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Willing to do field/liaising work and to be assigned in our Makati or Marikina City Office

Duties and Responsibilities

• Research and analysis of applicable jurisprudence and law
• Preparation and review of contracts, pleadings, opinions, and other legal documents
• Attend court hearings and client meetings in person and via VCH
• Supervision of staff and paralegals
• Perform other tasks necessary in the course of the Firms operations as determined by the Partners, to be explained during the interview
