Work content

• Bookkeeping and general accounting functions
• Government and tax compliance requirements
• Inspect, investigate and resolve discrepancies in transactions
• Process Disbursements
• Ensure all dues and payables are paid on time, process payments
• Release check payments and ensure timely payment of bills
• Issue receipts after audit of cash receipts
• Work with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals
• Prepares daily bank reconciliations
• Accounting financial reports
• Other tasks assigned by Immediate Superior

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Familiarity of accounting and office software
• Must have at least a year of experience as accounting assistant or other parallel position
• Must be good in MS Office Applications
• Good in oral and written communication skills
• Keen to details and good in record keeping
