Finance Associate, Marikina

• Manage store cash funds (cashiering and petty cash) to ensure its accuracy, completeness, and security
• Ensure enough change fund available at the cashier
• Prepare and issue Statements of Account (SOA)
• Accept and document cash and cash equivalent payments from accounts receivables
• Prepare and perform the store's cash and cash equivalent sales deposit
• Prepare financial reports such as daily sales, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, and daily store expenses
• Encode the total store sales in the standard accounting templates
• Provide daily sales update to upper management
• Provide weekly and monthly summary of account receivables

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must be a graduate of BS Accountancy, Management Accounting, and other business-related courses is required.
• With proven work experience at least one year is an advantage.
• Proficient in document processing.
• Honest and reliable in terms of data and information.
• Excellent in oral and written communication skills.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
