Working Hours
- Work Schedule: 8 hours/day, Monday to Saturday (excluding statutory holidays)
- Overtime Pay: In accordance with Philippine labor laws
- Probation Period: 3 months
- Accommodation & Meals: Not provided
- Assist the Project Deputy Manager in handling daily office management and administrative tasks
- Manage incoming and outgoing documents, including proper filing and record keeping
- Handle labor relationsrelated coordination and basic employee concerns
- Procure, manage, and distribute office supplies
- Coordinate with external parties, suppliers, and relevant stakeholders
- Support other administrative and project-related tasks as assigned
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Management, Engineering Technology, Law, Human Resource Management, or related fields
- Candidates with relevant work experience are preferred
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Proficient in basic office applications (Word, Excel, etc.)
