Working Hours

  • Work Schedule: 8 hours/day, Monday to Saturday (excluding statutory holidays)
  • Overtime Pay: In accordance with Philippine labor laws

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Project Deputy Manager in handling daily office management and administrative tasks
  • Manage incoming and outgoing documents, including proper filing and record keeping
  • Handle labor relationsrelated coordination and basic employee concerns
  • Procure, manage, and distribute office supplies
  • Coordinate with external parties, suppliers, and relevant stakeholders
  • Support other administrative and project-related tasks as assigned


Job Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering Management, Engineering Technology, Law, Human Resource Management, or related fields
  • Candidates with relevant work experience are preferred
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Good communication and coordination abilities
  • Proficient in basic office applications (Word, Excel, etc.)
