  • Alorica Cubao: 49-77 General Aguinaldo Ave, Cubao, Quezon City, Metro Manila (P. Tuazon, walking distance from Farmer's Plaza) - Cyberpark Araneta


Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the initial point of contact for customer inquiries
  • Resolve concerns and provide effective solutions
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Provide technical support when needed
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a positive customer experience


Open Positions, Account & Packages:

Site: Cubao

Telco Voice- 24,500 package

Telco Tech 28,000 package

  • With at least 6 months BPO experience

Financial Account 21,000 to 25,500 package

Health Care Local account: 20,500

  • - medical allied education or experience
