Description

1. Sales Development and Management

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and distribution channels.
Prepare sales forecasts, monitor sales performance, and analyze results to recommend improvements.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, distributors, and resellers.
Oversee the end-to-end sales processfrom lead generation to deal closing.

2. Marketing Strategy and Execution

Conceptualize and execute marketing campaigns, both digital and traditional, aligned with the brands positioning.
Manage social media presence, online advertisements, and marketing collaterals to strengthen brand engagement.
Coordinate with graphic designers, content creators, and third-party agencies for promotional materials and events.
Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer behavior to adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
Develop creative materials such as product presentations, brochures, digital content, and sales kits.

3. Brand and Campaign Management

Support product launches, activations, and trade marketing initiatives.
Ensure consistency of brand identity across all marketing channels and communications.
Evaluate campaign effectiveness using measurable KPIs (reach, engagement, conversion rate).

4. Reporting and Analytics

Track and report on sales performance, marketing ROI, and brand awareness metrics.
Present weekly and monthly performance updates to the CEO and management.
Maintain an organized database of leads, prospects, and marketing activities.

5. Cross-Functional Coordination

Collaborate with operations, finance, and warehouse departments to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
Coordinate with the e-commerce team for promotional alignment across online platforms.
Work with suppliers, event organizers, and marketing partners for collaborative promotions.

6. Other Duties

Represent the company in industry events, exhibitions, and meetings as needed.
Handle customer inquiries and provide after-sales support when necessary.
Perform other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the CEO and management team.
