Office Staff( Accounting), Marikina

As an Accounting Staff, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and performing various accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the company
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets
• Process and record accounts payable and receivable transactions
• Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures
• Assist with the preparation of tax returns and other regulatory filings
• Participate in financial audits and provide necessary documentation
• Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve any accounting discrepancies
• Assist with other accounting tasks and projects as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• At least 4 years of experience in accounting or a similar role
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
