- Senior High School (SHS) graduate

- College graduate or undergrad

- With or without work experience

- With or without BPO experience

- Available for full-time work

- Willing to work shifting schedules

Responsibilities:

A Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for providing exceptional support to customers of a retail account by answering inquiries, resolving complaints, processing orders, and offering information about products and services. CSRs are the first point of contact between the company and its customers, ensuring a positive experience through effective communication and problem-solving.
