Position: Seasonal Customer Service Representative (Voice Retail Account)

Location: Makati, Marikina or Sta. Mesa Site

Salary: 20,000 monthly


Setup: Onsite Work Set-up


Responsibilities:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our Seasonal Voice Retail Account. You will handle inbound calls from customers, assisting them with order tracking, product inquiries, returns, and delivery concerns during the peak shopping season.


Qualifications:

  • At least High School graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School graduate
  • With or without BPO experience
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Willing to work onsite in Makati
  • Can start immediately
