Job Title: Seasonal Customer Service Representative (Voice Retail Account)

Work Setup: Onsite

Location: Alphaland Makati, Marikina, and Sta. Mesa

Salary Offer: 20,000/month

Job Description:

The Seasonal CSR will handle inbound calls from customers for a retail account. Main responsibilities include assisting customers with product inquiries, order status, returns, exchanges, and general service concerns. The role requires clear communication, patience, and the ability to deliver excellent customer experience throughout the peak retail season.

Responsibilities:

Answer inbound calls from customers regarding retail-related concerns

Provide accurate information on products and services

Assist with order tracking, returns, and refund requests

Ensure customer satisfaction on every interaction

Follow account-specific processes and guidelines

Maintain professionalism and strong customer service standards

Qualifications:

Senior High School graduate or higher

With or without BPO experience

Good English communication skills

Can work in shifting schedules including weekends and holidays

Willing to work onsite in Alphaland Makati

Can start ASAP
