Customer Service Representative (CSR), Marikina

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, chats, or emails from customers.
• Provide accurate information and solutions to customer inquiries or concerns.
• Maintain a positive, professional, and empathetic attitude toward customers.
• Accurately record and document customer interactions.
• Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed performance targets.

• At least High School (HS) or Senior High School (SHS) graduate.
• No BPO experience required fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
• Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• Amenable to work onsite in Makati, Marikina, or Sta. Mesa.
