Call Center Representative, Marikina

As a Customer Service Representative for a Healthcare, Dental, or Medicare account, you will handle inquiries from members, patients, and healthcare providers. Your role is to ensure efficient and accurate assistance while delivering a positive customer experience in compliance with healthcare regulations.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, chats, or emails from patients and providers.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to medical, dental, or Medicare plans.
• Verify patient eligibility, benefits, and coverage information.
• Process claims, billing, and pre-authorization requests.
• Provide information about healthcare services, facilities, and provider networks.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in the system.
• Escalate complex cases to appropriate departments when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and company data privacy policies.
• Deliver excellent service aligned with client and company standards.

Qualifications:

• College Graduate With or Without Bpo Experience
• 2 years College Graduate or Undergraduate Completer with 6 months work experience
