Up to 15,000 We are looking for Non-Voice Customer Support Representatives to join our team for a 3-month seasonal campaign. This role is ideal for individuals who prefer handling chat and email-based support instead of voice calls. You will assist customers by responding to inquiries, providing accurate information, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction through written communication channels.

• Handle customer concerns through chat and email platforms.
• Provide accurate information and timely resolution to customer inquiries.
• Maintain professionalism and empathy in every interaction.
• Document customer interactions and feedback properly.
• Follow company policies and performance standards.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure service quality and productivity goals are met.

• At least Senior High School graduate or equivalent.
• Excellent written English communication skills.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with online tools or CRM systems.
• With or without BPO experience (training provided).
• Willing to work onsite in Makati, Marikina, or Mezza.
• Amenable to shifting schedules, weekends, or holidays if required.
