Requirements

  • At least 6 months of customer service or retail experience (BPO or e-commerce experience preferred).
  • Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in navigating multiple systems and tools.
  • Amenable to shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
  • High school graduate or equivalent; college level or degree holder preferred.
  • Must be willing to work onsite or hybrid, depending on company policy.
