Customer Service Representative (Up to 27k Salary package), Marikina

Site: Mezza & Marikina (Onsite)

Salary: 17,000 27,000 + bonuses

Were looking for motivated Customer Service Representatives to join our team! Handle calls, assist customers, and provide excellent service in a fun and supportive environment.

• Professionally handle incoming and outgoing calls to assist customers with their concerns and requests
• Deliver accurate details regarding company products, billing, and services
• Provide prompt and effective resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and service quality at all times

Qualifications:

• HS or SHS Graduate
• With or without BPO experience (training provided)
• Good English communication skills
• Willing to work onsite (Marikina or Mezza)
• Amenable to shifting schedules

Perks & Bonuses:

Mezza: 1,000 for passing Interview II + 500 for passing assessment

• Telco Account: 20,000 signing bonus (half after 3 months, rest upon regularization)
