As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

• Handle customer inquiries and concerns for a Telco/Retail account
• Provide accurate information, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction
• Process requests, billing, or account updates in a professional and efficient manner
• Uphold Aloricas standards for service excellence

• At least High School/SHS Graduate
• With or without BPO experience (newbies welcome!)
• Good English communication skills
• Amenable to work onsite and on shifting schedules
• Willing to start ASAP
