- Handle customer inquiries and concerns for a Telco/Retail account
- Provide accurate information, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Process requests, billing, or account updates in a professional and efficient manner
- Uphold Aloricas standards for service excellence
Qualifications:
- At least High School/SHS Graduate
- With or without BPO experience (newbies welcome!)
- Good English communication skills
- Amenable to work onsite and on shifting schedules
- Willing to start ASAP
