Customer Service Representative (Voice Account)

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (Voice Account) to join our team. The role involves managing inbound and outbound calls to provide excellent customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
• Share accurate information about company products and services
• Assist customers with billing concerns, account management, and basic troubleshooting
• Resolve complaints and issues promptly and effectively
• Deliver quality service to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

• At least a Senior High School graduate (or higher)
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
• Must be open to working onsite in Quezon City
