Accounting Assistant, Marikina

• Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy (with good scholastic records)
• Preferably with at least 1` year of work experience in accounting job-retail business or processing payables
• Must be willing to render overtime when needed
• Must be highly analytical, focused output driven, fast paced, and able to work with minimum supervision
• Must be detail-oriented, organized, flexible, fast learner, positive, and can handle work pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft programs such as Excel, Word, Powerpoint, and Outlook.
• Willing to work at Marikina City

The Accounting Assistant will ensure accurate and prompt preparation of the following:

• Process payables of suppliers and customers.
• Computes withholding tax- EWT fore remittances.
• Verify petty cash & cash advance request.
• Monitor construction in progress accounts and prepare variance report vs. budget.
• Reviews entries for issuance of construction materials and supplies.
• Analysis of accounts, liquidation of cash advance and other accounting jobs.
