Description
  • The Smoke Free Products Analyst (SFPA) is responsible for monitoring all the activities inside SFP warehouse.
  • He/ She must ensure that actual system data are matched by conducting surprise monthly, and yearly cycle counts regularly, as prescribed by the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) agreed with the principal.
  • The SFPA also monitors consumables, devices, single line unit and accessories.
  • He/ She directs the warehouse and replenishment team to ensure that picking for dispatch will run smoothly and also checks all the delivery note will reflect in LES.
  • He/ She also prepares numerous reports pertaining to the monitoring and inventory of stocks in the warehouse and LES vs. SAP comparison daily. 
  • Open to fresh graduates
  • Proficiency in Ms Excel
  •  Proficiency in SAP, WMS or other inventory related systems is a plus
  • Ability to do inventory count and reconciliation Report generation
  •  Ability to collaborate with customers
  • Ability to collaborate with the warehouse team
  • Communication Skills
