Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods daily (e.g. croissants, cakes, tarts, cookies).
• Design and refresh pastry menus seasonally in collaboration with the head chef.
• Maintain high standards for taste, consistency, and presentation.
• Monitor ingredient inventory, place orders, and reduce waste.
• Ensure kitchen hygiene, food safety, and allergen protocols are strictly followed.
• Lead and train junior pastry team members as needed.
