Junior Accountant, Marikina

Job Summary:

• We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Junior Accountant to support the daily financial operations of our bakeshop.
• With at least 1-3 years of accounting experience, the ideal candidate will assist in maintaining accurate financial records, handling daily transactions, and ensuring timely reporting to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record daily sales, expenses, and cash flow from store operations
• Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare basic financial reports and reconciliations
• Monitor inventory-related transactions and support monthly stock audits
• Help with payroll preparation and government compliance (SSS, Pag-IBIG, BIR, etc.)
• Maintain organized and up-to-date accounting files and documents
• Provide administrative support to the Accounting Head
