- Reports to: Assistant R&D Chef & Commissary Manager
- The Commissary Cook is in charge of preparing food based on established Thai Mango recipes and ensures mise en place is complete before starting work.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Prepares high quality food on hot kitchen based on established Thai Mango recipes
- Ensures food preparation is compliant with HACCP
- Has the ability to use and distinguish special kitchen tools and essential ingredients to create food in the hot kitchen
- Complies with Thai Mangos company rules and existing policies
- Maintains cleanliness and order in his work area
- Must have undergone training in all stations
- Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time
