Position: Japanese School Admin Manager

Industry: Language School

Salary: Php 90,000 - Php 117,000 gross

Work Location: Marikina City

Work Schedule: 8:00AM-5:00PM (Monday-Friday)

Working Set up: Work Onsite - DayShift

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage to Supervise the day-to-day operations of the school, including scheduling of classes, facilities management, and adherence to operational policies.
• Responsible to manage overall center responsibilities in performing all duties
• Communicate and report to Japan team when needed
• Lead, manage, and support a team of instructors and other personnel.
• Develop and implement strategies to attract new students and retain current enrollees.
• Accountable to ensure compliance with all local regulations and educational standard
• Prepare and present periodic reports on school performance, enrollment figures, and other key metrics to stakeholders
• Tasks not included in the job description but related to the role may be assigned from time to time by the immediate head.
