Position: Aftersales Manager

Salary: Php70,000 Basic Pay

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Graduate of Engineering, Automotive, or any related course.
At least 3 years of experience in after-sales operations in a car dealership.
At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Can drive a 4-wheel vehicle
Has a valid driver’s license.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage daily aftersales operations, including service and parts departments.
Supervise and guide aftersales staff to ensure smooth workflow and productivity.
Monitor and achieve aftersales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Ensure high-quality customer service and handle customer concerns when needed.
Oversee parts inventory and service efficiency.
Implement improvements to enhance overall aftersales performance.
Ensure all operations follow dealership standards and policies.
