We’re looking for a humble, hungry, and people-smart Lead Manager who can move fast, follow processes, and handle conversations with confidence. This role is all about speed, communication, and consistency—perfect for someone who thrives in a KPI-driven environment and loves turning leads into real opportunities.

Position Title: Lead Manager
Work Type: Full-time
Reports To: Operations Manager / Home Buying Specialist
Compensation: $7-$8/hour (negotiable for top performers)

What You’ll Do:
Respond to inbound seller leads within 5 minutes
Qualify leads (condition, motivation, timeline, pricing)
Set high-quality appointments for the Home Buying Specialist
Keep detailed notes in the CRM (Salesforce/LeftMain)
Manage daily follow-ups so no lead slips through
Track KPIs + submit end-of-day reports
Keep a clean, organized, and engaged pipeline

Performance Expectations (Quick Snapshot):
30 Days: Training complete + 10 appointments
60 Days: 25 total appointments + 60%+ conversion
90 Days: 12%+ appointment-to-contract + 1 deal set
150 Days: First closed deal ($12,500+ projected GP)
