We want a humble, hungry, and people-smart communicator who loves turning conversations into opportunities. Your job is simple: talk to homeowners, identify interest, and pass motivated leads to our acquisitions team.

People Smart: clear communicator, calm on the phone, emotionally aware
Naturally organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Comfortable with cold calling and daily conversations

What You’ll Do:
Make consistent outbound calls to prospective sellers
Build quick rapport and ask the right questions
Handle objections and think fast without sounding robotic
Record call details accurately in the CRM
Pass qualified, serious sellers to our acquisitions specialist

Follow processes, take ownership, and never cut corners
Stay upbeat, calm, and professional
Communicate naturally and adapt on the spot
Show up every day—no excuses, no babysitting

Experience:
Cold calling, sales, or real estate = BIG advantage
Not required if you’re trainable, hungry, and committed

Rate: $5–$8/hr (negotiable for top performers)
100% remote | Long-term | Room to grow
Preferred Locations: LATAM, Egypt, Pakistan, India, Belize, Philippines
