What You’ll Do:

Communicate with tenants and vendors
Schedule repairs and manage contractors
Handle leases, renewals, and property documents
Track rent payments and follow up professionally
Keep operations organized and running smoothly

You’re a Strong Fit If You:

Are fluent in English + Spanish
Have property management or real estate experience
Stay calm, proactive, and dependable
Handle people with empathy and clarity
Work well independently and on U.S. hours
