Our beloved family car is owned since 2015, and professionally maintained by the owner (German mechanical engineer with machine workshop). It has always been used for long travels around Luzon. The engine and transmission was replaced with original Japan serena 1 ONLY a few weeks ago. NEW tires 205/55/R15. NEW brake disks. NEW wind screens (front and rear). The AC overhold with NEW compressor, evaporator, and radiator. Car immobilization by remote control added. All electrics are refurbished and upgraded. NOTHING to repair, in other words, take it and go! Freshly renewed and CLEAN registration papers. Reason for sale; owners are leaving for good. and honestly, if we did not leave, this car would be kept and given a fresh spray paint and that is all.
