JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Handle customer service-related concerns

Assist walk-in clients, phone calls, appointments, and messages

Maintain records of clients and vehicle units

Understand customer concerns and coordinate with the Service Advisor

Build good relationships with clients for an excellent customer experience

Promote and upsell company services and accessories

REQUIREMENTS:

With proven experience in customer service or client relations

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude

Computer-literate and detail-oriented

Preferably living near Bian, Laguna

Must know how to drive and possess a valid driver's license
