Process and NPI Engineer, Laguna

Description

Process Engineering

Develop, optimize, and monitor die casting production processes.
Analyze production flow, cycle time, machine efficiency, and process capability.
Troubleshoot process-related issues and implement corrective actions.
Reduce defects, downtime, and material waste through continuous improvement activities.
Prepare and maintain process parameters, work instructions, and SOPs.
Coordinate with Production, QA, Tooling, and Maintenance Departments for process improvements.

NPI (New Product Introduction)

Support new product development and product transfer activities.
Conduct trial runs, sample evaluations, and validation during new product introduction.
Coordinate tooling, material, machine setup, and process requirements for new projects.
Prepare engineering documents including PFMEA, Control Plans, Flow Charts, and Work Instructions.
Monitor project timelines and ensure smooth transition from development to production.
Work closely with customers and internal departments regarding technical requirements and engineering changes.

Quality and Safety

Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer specifications.
Participate in root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
Support workplace safety and compliance with company policies and regulations.
