ADMIN STAFF


Job Summary:

The Admin Staff is responsible for supporting daily administrative operations, including vehicle allocation, billing coordination, and general office tasks. This role is open to fresh graduates who are eager to learn and can demonstrate a strong personality and sense of responsibility.


Key Responsibilities:

Manage and monitor car/vehicle allocation for company use

Coordinate scheduling, dispatch, and documentation of company vehicles

Handle and process billings, invoices, and payment follow-ups

Maintain accurate records of expenses, vehicle usage, and billing transactions

Coordinate with internal departments and external suppliers

Prepare and submit reports and administrative documents on time

Perform other administrative tasks as assigned


Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration or any related field

Open for Fresh Graduates

With experience in admin or billing tasks is an advantage but not required

Strong personality and willing to take initiative

Organized, detail-oriented, and responsible

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
