We are seeking a dedicated, adaptable, and empathetic Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the voice and face of our company, serving as the primary point of contact for our valued customers. Your mission will be to transform standard support interactions into exceptional customer experiences by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and building lasting relationships.
No prior experience? No problem! We provide comprehensive training to equip you with all the skills you need to succeed. This is a multi-site role, and candidates must be willing and able to work across our locations in Bay, Los Baos, and Calamba.
Key Responsibilities- Omnichannel Support: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media with a prompt, professional, and friendly demeanor.
- Issue Resolution: Actively listen to customer concerns, diagnose problems, and deliver effective solutions to ensure first-contact resolution whenever possible.
- Product Expertise: Participate fully in training sessions to maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and company policies.
- Data Integrity: Keep precise, detailed, and up-to-date records of all customer interactions, feedback, and actions taken within our CRM system.
- Site Flexibility: Commute to and work effectively from our designated sites in Bay, Los Baos, and Calamba based on operational schedules and business needs.
- Team Collaboration: Cultivate a positive team environment by collaborating with peers and sharing valuable insights to improve the overall customer experience.
- Experience: No experience required! Entry-level candidates and fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Location & Mobility: Must be willing and able to work at our different site locations: Bay, Los Baos, and Calamba.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; an Associates or Bachelors degree is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey information simply and clearly.
- Tech Literacy: Basic computer literacy (typing skills, familiarity with web browsers, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace). Training on our specific CRM tools will be provided.
- Core Competencies: Strong emotional intelligence, patience, coachability, a quick-learning mindset, and a natural "customer-first" attitude.
- Adaptability: Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and adapt quickly to changing site schedules.
