Production Engineer, Laguna

1. Assist in daily production operations and assembly line activities.
2. Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure production targets are achieved.
3. Help improve workflow, productivity, and manufacturing efficiency.
4. Coordinate with quality assurance and maintenance teams to resolve production issues.
5. Prepare production reports, documentation, and process records.
6. Support implementation of safety procedures and 5S practices.
7. Conduct basic troubleshooting of production equipment and tools.
8. Assist in inventory monitoring of materials and components.
9. Participate in continuous improvement and cost-reduction projects.

Bachelors degree in:

• Mechanical Engineering
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and production systems is an advantage.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or basic engineering software is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
