Laboratory Supervisor, Laguna

Job Responsibilities:

• Customer Care: Ensure clients are happy and their concerns are addressed.
• Human Resource Tasks: Assist in staff management.
• Administrative Work: Handle day-to-day office tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
• Management Duties: Oversee the labs operations and make sure goals are met.
• Supervisory Role: Guide and monitor staff.
• Compliance: Ensure all lab activities follow local laws and regulations.
• Training & Coaching: Teach and support staff in performing their tasks effectively.

Job Requirements:

• College degree in any 4-year business-related course
• Knowledge of laboratory operations is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent customer service, presentation, and negotiation skills
