Real Estate Agent, Laguna

Job Description: 

• Actively promote and sell residential and commercial real estate projects to prospective clients
• Conduct thorough consultations to assess clients property requirements and investment objectives
• Organize and facilitate project presentations, model unit viewings, and site inspections
• Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with clients to ensure long-term engagement and referrals
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of project offerings, pricing structures, availability, and market trends
• Generate qualified leads through networking, digital marketing, and other strategic initiatives
• Assist clients with the completion and submission of required documentation and coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless transactions
• Consistently achieve assigned sales targets and performance metrics
• Participate in company-led training programs, sales meetings, and corporate events
• Uphold a high level of professionalism and customer service in all client interactions

Qualification: 

• Fresh Graduate or at least completed 2 years in college or 72 units equivalent
• With or without prior experience in real estate sales; experience in sales, customer service, or related fields is an advantage
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor, with a customer-centric mindset
• Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team
• Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and extended hours when necessary
• Must be willing to undergo company training and attend project knowledge sessions
• Must be willing to start immediately and assigned in designated project locations
