Key responsibilities include cleaning work areas, restrooms, and pantries, while also delivering documents, handling parcel shipping, running company errands, and maintaining motorized vehicles, ensuring a tidy, efficient office environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Housekeeping & Maintenance:
• Cleaning: Sweep, mop, dust, polish, and vacuum office spaces, common areas, and meeting rooms.
• Sanitation: Sanitize surfaces, wash used dishes, and maintain clean restrooms.
• Upkeep: Take out trash/recycling, clean windows, and maintain pantry cleanliness.
• Supplies: Check inventory and replenish cleaning materials, pantry essentials, and washroom supplies.
• Maintenance Reporting: Report any damage, broken fixtures, or equipment issues to management.
• Messenger & Logistics:
• Delivery & Collection: Deliver/pick up documents, sensitive materials, and packages to/from clients, suppliers, and government offices.
• Office Errands: Perform banking tasks, pay bills, or run other necessary official errands.
• Mail Handling: Sort, dispatch, and track mail/parcels.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Maintain the company car or motorcycle in good working order and report maintenance needs.
