A Mall Nurse is responsible for providing immediate healthcare services, first aid, and basic medical support to mall employees, tenants, and customers. They ensure a safe environment by responding to medical emergencies and promoting health awareness within the mall.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and emergency care for injuries, illnesses, or accidents the mall premises
• Assess patient conditions and determine appropriate action (treatment or referral to hospital)
• Monitor and manage medical incidents (e.g., fainting, allergic reactions, minor injuries)
• Coordinate with emergency responders and nearby hospitals when necessary
• Maintain and restock medical supplies and equipment
• Keep accurate medical records and incident reports
• Conduct health checks for mall staff (e.g., blood pressure, temperature)
• Assist in implementing health and safety protocols
• Participate in emergency drills and preparedness programs
• Promote health awareness campaigns within the mall
