Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Provide crucial administrative support to managers and the operations team.
- Communication Management: Answer phone calls and emails, handle correspondence, and act as a point of contact for customers and other departments.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Arrange meetings, appointments, and travel for team members.
- Record Keeping: Maintain and update company databases, employee records, and financial information.
- Office Logistics: Manage office supplies, inventory, and ensure the proper functioning of office equipment.
- Process Monitoring: Create and implement administrative systems, monitor operations, and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
