Responsibilities

• Regulatory Compliance
• Ensure the company complies with legal standards, industry regulations, and government policies.
• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations.
• Policy Development & Implementation
• Develop, review, and enforce internal policies and procedures.
• Create compliance frameworks and guidelines.
• Risk Assessment
• Identify potential compliance risks within the organization.
• Conduct audits and risk assessments to prevent violations.
• Monitoring & Reporting
• Monitor business activities for compliance issues.
• Prepare reports for senior management and regulatory bodies.
• Training & Awareness
• Educate employees on compliance policies and ethical standards.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops.
• Investigation & Enforcement
• Investigate violations or unethical behavior.
• Recommend corrective actions and disciplinary measures.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred)

2. With at least 1-2 years of experience in compliance, quality assurance, or a related field.

3. Good understanding of regulatory standards, industry-specific laws, and corporate governance

4. Strong understanding of documentation control, compliance requirements, and environmental compliance.

5. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

6. Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel for tracking and reporting

7. Strong sense of accountability and the ability to enforce standards and procedures

8. Good communication skills for coordination across teams
