Warehouse Team Leader, Laguna

BASIC FUNCTION

Responsible for overseeing and executing key warehouse processes, including checking, identification, tagging, scanning, receiving, classification, and raw material preparation to ensure efficient and accurate operations.

SPECIFIC DUTIES

1. Inventory Control
2. Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits
3. Monitor stock movements and report discrepancies promptly
4. Maintain and ensure inventory accuracy at all times
5. Update inventory records in the system accurately
6. Process and file necessary updates for Ayun and Britana systems
7. Perform monthly inventory reconciliation
8. Daily Warehouse Operations
9. Supervise and monitor end-to-end warehouse operations (receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch) to ensure accuracy and timeliness
10. Ensure proper execution of warehouse processes, minimizing delays and errors
11. Verify accuracy and proper handling of all goods
12. Implement FIFO/FEFO and standard warehouse procedures
13. Oversee and validate accurate measurement and scaling of lumber upon arrival
14. Record and encode accurate data into inventory and warehouse systems
15. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
16. Maintain organized documentation for audit, traceability, and payroll support
17. Oversees the accurate measurement and verification (scaling)
18. Supervise the actual scaling (volume measurement) of lumber upon arrival
19. Record and encode accurate data into inventory or warehouse systems

22. Stock Tagging and Documentation
23. Ensure proper stock tagging and system updates
24. Maintain accurate and complete documentation
25. Pallet Classification and Training
26. Oversee and facilitate pallet classification activities
27. Train personnel on proper classification procedures
28. Ensure correct numbering and batch coding aligned with DPSR
29. Pallet Inspection and Assessment
30. Inspect returned or damaged pallets to determine repairability
31. Classify pallet condition and identify required materials and labor
32. Assess component damages through manual inspection
33. Categorize damage severity based on defined criteria
34. To follow any work-related instructions advised by the immediate supervisor or department manager.
