Duties and Responsibilities:

• Courteously greet customers and present menus upon arrival
• Accurately take food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen in a timely manner
• Provide informed menu recommendations and communicate daily specials to patrons
• Serve prepared meals and beverages promptly and efficiently to customers tables
• Monitor and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the dining experience
• Prepare and present bills upon request
• Process payments accurately and verify that correct amounts are received
• Provide appropriate change to customers when necessary

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in Japanese and/or Chinese cuisine
• Proven ability to safely and efficiently handle and serve heavy trays
