Warehouse Supervisor (Warehouse Operations), Laguna

Position: Warehouse Operations Leader (1 position)

Work Location: Laguna Technopark or Carmelray Industrial Park 1

Salary: PHP 30,000 PHP 50,000 (based on skills and experience)

Working Hours: 7:00 AM 4:00 PM, with possible weekend work or overtime as required (allowances provided)

Requirements & Qualifications

• Open for high school graduate
• Over 5 years of experience in warehouse operations
• With leadership role of at least 3 years
• Can attend onsite interview in Laguna

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, sorting, and dispatching materials to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels, maintain accurate records, and conduct cycle counts and audits to prevent discrepancies.
• Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse staff and agency personnel, ensuring productivity and compliance with company policies.
• Enforce workplace safety standards, conduct inspections, and maintain a 5S-compliant environment.
• Coordinate trucking and transport operations, oversee in-house fleets and external partners, and prepare performance reports on inventory accuracy, order status, and efficiency.
