Company Driver, Laguna

Position: Driver

Department: Operation Department

Reports to: Operation Manager

JOB SUMMARY:

The Driver is responsible for safely transporting personnel, goods, and materials as required

by the company. In the absence of scheduled trips, the Driver is expected to support

operations and service activities, including maintaining cleanliness and orderliness within

the workplace.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Safely operate company vehicles to transport employees, equipment, and materials

to designated locations

Ensure timely pick-up and delivery as scheduled

Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any issues or maintenance needs

Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of the assigned vehicle

Follow all traffic laws and company safety policies at all times

Assist the Sta. Rosa Warehouse (SRW) team during idle time (no scheduled trips)

Support operations and service tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Perform general housekeeping duties, including cleaning and organizing the work

area

Carry out other duties as may be assigned by Operation Manager

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

At least High School Graduate

With a valid Professional Drivers License (appropriate restriction codes)

Proven experience as a company or delivery driver is an advantage

Familiar with local routes and traffic regulations

Physically fit and able to assist in basic operational tasks

Responsible, punctual, and trustworthy

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Willing to be flexible and assist in non-driving tasks when needed
