Warehouse Staff, Laguna

The Warehouse Staff is responsible for the proper receiving, storage, issuance, and monitoring of materials, tools, and equipment on-site to support efficient project execution.

• Receive and inspect delivered materials and equipment against delivery receipts and purchase orders
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and organization of materials in thewarehouse/site storage area
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels
• Issue materials, tools, and equipment to site personnel based on approvedrequests
• Monitor material usage and report shortages or discrepancies to theProject-in-Charg
• Conduct regular inventory counts and reconciliation
• Ensure proper documentation of all incoming and outgoing materials
• Safeguard materials and equipment against damage, loss, or theft
• Coordinate with procurement and site team for material requirements and delivery schedules
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the storage area

Qualifications:

• At least a high school graduate or vocational course (college level is an advantage)
• Proven experience as a Warehouseman or Storekeeper in construction projects (fit-out experience preferred)
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and documentation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
• Organized, detail-oriented, and trustworthy
