Project Site Engineer, Laguna

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations and supervise all construction activities
• Prepare, monitor, and update project schedules using Microsoft Project
• Coordination with office departments, clients, designers, consultants, and subcontractors
• Ensure works are executed in accordance with approved plans, specifications, and standards
• Monitor project progress and reports to PIC and Operations Manager
• Prepare and submit weekly accomplishment reports to the PIC and Operations Manager
• Identify potential delays and implement corrective actions
• Oversee material delivery, usage, and inventory on site
• Review and validate subcontractor accomplishments and billings
• Ensure quality control and proper workmanship at all stages

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
• Proven experience in office fit-out / interior construction projects         
• Proficient in Microsoft Project, basic Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams), and Autocad      
• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills        
• Ability to manage multiple trades and fast-paced project timelines
• Accredited Safety Officer (SO2/SO3)
